UNWANTED PRODUCTS

We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item, as required by UK law.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be in the same condition as when you received it.

It should be unworn or unused.

It must be in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Before sending your return, please contact us at info@blueelephantgiftco.co.uk. This step is essential to ensure that we are aware of your return.

When returning unwanted products, you are responsible for covering the postage costs.

We strongly recommend obtaining a proof of postage receipt from the post office, as the responsibility for the goods lies with you until they are received by Blue Elephant Gift Co.

Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for items found to be damaged during the process of opening, including gift packaging.

Personalized items, including those with custom messages, are exempt from our returns policy.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

We ask that you carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any item to be defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

EXCHANGES

The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to confirm whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, we will automatically refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
